Order
Yes, we ship all over the world.
Orders are dispatched by DHL. The shipping fees depends on location and will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping chart system and on the order page. It takes approximately 4 -21 business days.
Please note: for orders shipped outside the EU taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
You can return the item for a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your original order unless the item is wearing signs of use and does not have all tags attached to the product.
Please pack the items together with the Invoice and Withdrawal form (which you will find at the bottom of this page). Pack all the items in the original packaging, tape it securely and send it to:

Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund.
Costs of returning the items are non-refundable.
Please note: we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.
Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank account.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
* Poland:
InPost delivery 1-4 business days.
* Other EU countries:
DHL standard delivery approx. within 3-5 business days
DHL express (air)delivery approx. 1-2 business days.
* Rest of the world:
DHL approx. 4-21 business days.
Payments
You can pay for your order by credit card (Stripe), ApplePay, Paypal (depends on location).
To proceed with PayPal you will need to tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown and shipping address before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our online store.

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us contact@anaspero.com. with photo of the damage or wrong
item as soon as you receive your order.
If your parcel was already shipped please contact DHL Express or InPost using your tracking number.
